Exchanges and Returns

At Erava, we take pride in delivering premium-quality, anti-tarnish jewellery you’ll love. Please read our Exchanges & Returns Policy carefully before placing your order.

Eligibility
We do not offer exchanges under any circumstances.

You are eligible for a return only if your product is received damaged or defective.
Return requests must be raised within 2 days (48 hours) of receipt.

Return Process
1.Unboxing Video – You must provide a clear, uncut, and unedited unboxing video showing the package opening from start to finish. Any damage or defect should be clearly visible in the video.

2.Send Video on WhatsApp – Share the video on our official WhatsApp number +91 78519 10742 within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Requests sent after 48 hours will not be acknowledged.

3.Inspection & Approval – Once we review your video and inspect the details, we will confirm whether your return is approved.
Solution – Refunds will be issue.

4. Self-Shipping – If approved, you will need to self-ship the product back to us. Return address will be provided to you.


Refund Process – Refunds is approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within 3 to 5 business working days.

Note: Original shipping charges will not be refunded.


Important Conditions
1. No exchange or refund will be provided if the product has been used by the customer.
2. If your package is returned due to customer’s fault (e.g., wrong address, incomplete details, refusal to accept delivery):
* Only 70% of the order value will be refunded (shipping excluded).
* You may also choose to reorder the product, but shipping charges will apply again.

If the package is lost or misplaced due to incorrect/incomplete address, Erava will not be responsible and no refund will be initiated.

Strict Deadline – If you fail to report any damage within 48 hours of receiving the product, no return or refund will be initiated.
