Order Confirmation & Dispatch
Once your purchase is complete, you will receive an order confirmation email.
Confirmed orders are dispatched within 2–4 working days from the date of order placement.
Once dispatched, you will receive tracking details via email to monitor your shipment in real time.
Shipping Fee
- A flat shipping fee of ₹99 applies to all orders below ₹999.
- Free shipping for orders of ₹999 and above.
- Please note: Shipping fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.
Delivery Time
Delivery timelines may vary depending on the delivery location and other factors.
As a general estimate:
- Delivery Time: 5–10 working days after product is dispatched.
We have partnered with trusted logistics and courier services to ensure safe and timely delivery of your jewellery.
Order Cancellation
- Cancellation is possible within 24 hours of order placement for genuine reasons only.
- You can contact on our Whatsapp number +917851910742 before the product is dispatched if the timeline of 24 hours has not lapsed. If the product is dispatched we will not be able to help you cancel it.
- Once approved, refunds will be processed.
- A deduction of ₹100 will be applied to the refund amount.
- Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been dispatched.
